Returns
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned with proof of purchase
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at info@midnightlondon.uk.
Do not return your order without first contacting us. Once your request has been approved, we will provide the authorised return instructions and return location.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was specifically marked as eligible for free returns.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@midnightlondon.uk.
To help us investigate, we may ask you to provide:
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- A photograph of the shipping label
Once reviewed, we will provide the appropriate resolution. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Midnight London will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased during a sale, promotional event, using a discount code, or from a clearance collection are not eligible for refunds under Midnight London's voluntary 30-day return policy.
Eligible sale items may instead be exchanged for another size, another product, or store credit, subject to availability and the item meeting our return conditions.
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless required by applicable law:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Opened personal care or beauty products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or another product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your exchange request has been approved, we will provide the return instructions.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
UK & European Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are entitled to statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
